The world is ours. It has been created and designed, and has evolved specifically for us. There are so few barriers to keep us from exploring, but in the beginning there are so many excuses to not take that first step. All it takes is a single motion, one small event to push us and the shackles are broken. The securities of home are cut loose and the unknown is thrust upon us.
Once out there we share the same scene. It’s the everyday for whomever the natives are, but each point for us is as mysterious as the other in which we are left to solve on our own. We share the same feelings of being a stranger in a strange land. This separation of the old and familiar to the new and foreign can be one of the hardest challenges we ever face. In the end we can plan, we can hope, we can expect, but the experience is always different to the one we seek. It’s how we thread our own stories through these boundaries which makes us unique.
See Something is a stage to tell these stories. The heroes, heroines and bravado of our journey into the unknown. The real comedies and tragedies we share at a bar with our friends, at a dinner with our closest and dearest, or even the ones we keep in our hearts. It’s not a place to advise a trip, it’s not a guide to show us the planet. It’s of our passion and struggle to search for what’s out there.
OK, in the non-poetic version it’s where the best of travel on the Internet is! Travel Guides, Stories, Hacks and The Weird and Wonderful of this World. This is See Something.
